Blower Wheels
Special plate fabrication. High speed blower wheel, machined and balanced after fabrication.
Made
entirely of stainless steel plate, with heavy wall tubing braces at two
levels, this 6-foot diameter piece of custom fabrication was a custom
order that was completed in less than a week.
Blower Repair
This is what was left after a blower wheel "blew up" after many years of erosion left the wheel badly out of balance. This wheel was not originally assembled by us.

made a new unit to fit exactly in the same blower housing.
The shaft is 8 1/2" diameter, and is made of solid steel (alloy). The inner spider is Corten Plate, and the outer blades of the blower wheel were made of 3/16" mild steel with an overlay of 3/16" abrasion resisting steel plates.

shaft was more than 16 feet long and the entire unit wieghed more than
4,000 pounds.
